Item is of good quality. But it took 12 days before it was shipped and then it took another 2 weeks before it arrived in Germany. Another stand ordered from another shop at the same time made the trip from the USA in 10 days. I cannot recommend shipping overseas. An initial inquiry to the seller after 12 days was ignored and never answered…

Finding this item was truly an unique experience. I discovered after ordering that this business was located 30 minutes away from where me. I offered to pick my case up but Adam (the creator of these cases) said he could deliver. 🤗 It was beautiful and my mother in law (wife of our veteran) lives with us, so she was able to see it upon delivery. After delivering, Adam emailed and said our delivery was the first time he had seen someone’s reaction to his cases. 🤗 Made my heart smile. Oh, and he did not hesitate on further customer service when I discovered I needed to change what I wanted engraved. Adam, thank you for a very special experience.
